E-discovery teams using Chicago-based kCura Corp.'s review platform Relativity can now access Equivio Inc.'s predicitive coding and analytics platform Zoom via an integrated tab within Relativity, Israel-based Equivio announced today. See Figure 1.

Without leaving Relativity's graphical user interface, users can access Zoom's analytics, which include concept clustering, grouping of near duplicates, email threading, and language detection. Zoom can access and update the Relativity database with its analytical output. Review teams can also train Equivio's predictive coding application, called Relevance, using a Relativity web page. See Figure 2.

The integration currently supports Relativity 7.4 and 7.5 and is built using Relativity's APIs for easy upgrades between the two softwares. The Equivio Zoom tab is available in the Relativity Ecosystem at no additional cost for users who have licensed both Relativity and Equivio Zoom.
In related news, Seattle-based litigation support service provider Teris has adopted Equivio Zoom's analytics as part of its e-discovery offerings.
