Catalyst Repository Systems has teamed up with Zapproved Legal Hold to offer Catalyst customers legal hold software as a service along with the e-discovery software provider's content analysis and review software.

The alliance between Catalyst and Legal Hold Pro aims to allow customers to notify custodians to hold documents relevant to pending litigation or investigation to satisfy their duty to preserve evidence as well as initiate collections, process documents responsive to discovery, and review the electronically stored information prior to production.

Said Brad Harris, vice president for legal products at Zapproved, the Catalyst-Zapproved alliance "allows us to provide clients with a seamless SaaS experience from issuing the litigation hold through review."

Press release.
