Redwood City, Calif.-based UBIC North America, Inc., a subisidiary of Tokyo-based e-discovery provider Ubic, Inc., has announced version 5.5 of Lit i View software, which performs e-discovery with both English and Asian language characters and encoding schemes.

Its latest iteration adds clustering to group together documents with same or similar text. It now allows users to schedule and execute culling automatically. Users can also set up workflows in advance to batch documents together, speeding the document transfer process.

Press release.
