New Conn. 'Cyberbullying' Law Prompts Free Speech Debate

As students head back to school, educators, free-speech advocates, and others are gearing up for implementation of Connecticut's new "cyberbullying" law that will make online statements subject to academic disciplinary proceedings. While many express concerns over potential limits on online speech, legal experts say so far there is no clear precedent.
