Pa. High Court Justice Touts Videoconferencing

During his tenure with the Air Force Reserve, future Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Seamus P. McCaffery previewed the savings and benefits of videoconferencing. Over 20 years later, the high court's self-titled "gadget guy" welcomed the technology into state prisons and courts. Recently he explained how introducing videoconferencing helped save the state millions.
