The Deponent App, developed by Majority Opinion, is an iPad app designed to help legal professionals draft questions to prepare for a deposition. The app has over 150 questions organized by category that can be customized, arranged, and linked to exhibits to accomplish its design, according to consultant Ted Brooks.
