Recommind Intends to Flex Predictive Coding Muscles

Recommind's recent disclosure of its predictive coding patent plan caused other e-discovery vendors and industry pundits to stringently object through blogs and the Twitterverse. The patent is overly broad and a fight will follow any infringement claims, they say. A sidebar controversy also erupted about whether 'predictive coding' can be trademarked.
