Information management giant Symantec is buying electronic discovery specialist Clearwell for $390 million, the companies announced Thursday. It's the second major deal in e-discovery this week, after Autonomy scooped up part of Iron Mountain for $380 million on Monday. Industry watchers say more consolidation is a matter of when, not if.
