Prosperoware Eases Email Import Into iManage WorkSiteLaw Technology News 02-22-2013 Firms retaining legacy email associated with legal matters can bulk import messages into Autonomy iManage WorkSite using Milan Email Import from legal software integrator and developer Prosperoware LLC, the Bala Cynwyd, Penn.-based company announced Thursday. Email Import works in the background as a web-based process, preventing bottlenecks that tie up a user's desktop or backlogs in WorkSite Communication Server that interfere with current email protocols. Users can, for example: • Import a folder or folders from Exchange into a WorkSite workspace and keep the original inbox structure intact. • Following a lateral hire, browse and map to WorkSite part or all of a lawyer's Microsoft Outlook .pst files. • Move a departing employees mailbox into an archive workspace to preserve evidence.
