Tips on Transitioning From Accounting Firm to Law Firm?

I am a lawyer currently working for a Big 4 accounting firm. I have been here for about 5 years and have specialized in state and local tax. I am looking to transition to a law firm and practice tax law. I have heard that making the transition from an accounting firm to a law firm is difficult. Is this true and if so, does anyone have any advice that would assist in making the transition easier?
