Gide Adds Shanghai Partner

Paris-based Gide Loyrette Nouel has hired Paul-Emmanuel Benachi as a partner for its Shanghai office. Benachi joins from French firm Lefevre Pelletier & associes, where he was head of the Shanghai office. He primarily advises foreign companies on their China investments and acquisitions. He also counsels them on Chinese real estate and labor law issues.
