Guided by Morrison & Foerster partners Bruce Mann and Andrew Thorpe, Israeli pharmaceutical company Kamada has raised $51.6 million in its initial public offering. A Davis Polk team led by partner Michael Kaplan advised the underwriters. Kamada is one of relatively few Israeli companies to go public in the U.S. in recent years.
