Dewey Boosts Italian Practice

Dewey & LeBoeuf's Italian practice has added nine new attorneys, including two partners.
Sergio Sambri specializes in administrative law and project finance matters with an emphasis in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Sambri, who joins as partner in the Milan office, was formerly with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker.
Francesco Cartolano specializes in corporate and commercial matters and has in-depth experience in mergers and acquisitions, with an expertise in private equity and venture capital matters. Cartolano, who joins as a local partner, will split his time between Rome and Milan. He was previously a partner with Camozzi Bonissoni Varrenti & Associati.
Alberto Croze has 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration matters, with a focus on the international sector. He joins as of counsel in the Milan office. He was previously a partner at the Law Firm of McDermott Carnelutti.
Six associates have also joined the Italian practice. Dewey & LeBoeuf Studio Legale now has 80 attorneys, including 18 partners. Firmwide, Dewey & LeBoeuf has more than 1,400 lawyers in 13 countries.
