The twin evils of cocaine and faulty unanimous written consents are laid bare in two indictments handed up Thursday against Broadcom co-founder Henry Nicholas. Also indicted on 21 counts of backdating-related crimes but not implicated in the drug-related indictment is former Broadcom CFO William Ruehle. Asked why the DOJ omitted former GC David Dull and co-founder Henry Samueli from its lineup of charged individuals, a U.S. Attorney's Office spokesperson said only: "It's an ongoing investigation."
