Reported Mammalian Molar No Toothsome Treat for Litigious Peanut-Popper

An Illinois man is suing Kraft Foods over what he allegedly found in a package of Planters peanuts. Carl Cornett claims he was eating the nuts when he bit into a "non-human" tooth, described by his attorney as appearing to be "from a herbivorous rodent of some type." The lawsuit seeks up to $55,000 in damages from the nation's largest food company.
