Judge Reprimands Temp Prosecutor for Personal Blog

When San Francisco prosecutor Jay Kuo wrote on his personal blog about a misdemeanor case he was handling, he probably didn't think the judge would read it. But, in a turn of events illustrating blogs' potential for creating workplace problems, Superior Court Judge Curtis Karnow did see the postings and blasted Kuo's conduct as "juvenile, obnoxious and unprofessional." Kuo has since resigned from the temporary position, which was part of a local attorney loaner program.
