I see that New Jersey has amended its rules concerning the maintenance of a law office in the jurisdiction to allow for a "virtual" presence instead of the traditional "bricks and sticks" requirement. Fascinating. If anyone thinks technology is not going to reshape how the practice of law is defined and legal services are delivered, think again.
