California’s reputation for sunny beaches and tow-haired beauties has inspired countless songwriters over the years. And although lyricists may not have paid much attention, the Golden State has also become known for being at the forefront of employment law developments. During Tuesday’s “California Dreamin’” panel, Proskauer Rose partners Harold Brody and Enzo Der Boghossian discussed some of the state’s key legislation and decisions of 2011 and the potential impacts for the rest of the U.S.
Both lawyers work in the Los Angeles office of the management-side firm. They spoke to a group of New York employers and lawyers who have a stake in developments in California employment laws.
