The Division of Trading and Markets at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has two new senior leaders: Peter Curley as associate director for clearance and settlement and Brian Bussey as associate director for derivatives policy and trading practices.
A former partner at Allen & Overy, Curley most recently was an attorney fellow in the Division of Trading and Markets. Prior to joining the SEC, he was head of corporate strategy and IPO regulation with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd.
