As Eastman Kodak Company completes its transformation from a firm built with analog technology to one that embraces all things digital, the law department is about to undergo a change of its own.
In what may be a nod to how important IP is to the imaging business, CEO Antonio Perez has not only named Kodak‘s chief intellectual property officer to be the next general counsel, but has announced that she will retain both titles when she begins her new job on Jan. 1.
