Talk about company loyalty. In 1973, straight out of law school from the University of Texas at Austin , David Kultgen joined oil behemoth Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) . After 37 years of refining his in-house expertise within the company, Kultgen has ascended to its top legal job. In January, Aramco promoted him from deputy general counsel to general counsel and corporate secretary. He's only the second general counsel in the company's history. He replaces Stanley McGinley , another company veteran, who's now serving as the company's senior vice president, on special assignment.
