Bernie Madoff masks are expected to be very big on the night of October 31. No lawyers are likely to compete on his level. But there is one in-house lawyer—make that former in-house lawyer—who might have a following if some entrepreneur slapped his mug in a mold. And there may be quite a few Dunkin’ Donuts franchises that would be all too happy to hawk such a mask.

The mug in question belongs to Stephen Horn, who resigned last week as the chief legal officer of Dunkin’ Brands, Inc.—which owns Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins. The company, which has been undergoing a management shakeup, said that Horn, who is a novelist in his spare time, wanted to leave to start a new book.
