BOSTON — Paulette Morgan, who was a senior corporate counsel at Pfizer Inc., has joined Nixon Peabody as counsel in the firm’s global business and transactions practice.
Morgan will work with life sciences companies and divide her time between the firm’s Boston and New York offices. According to Nixon Peabody’s announcement, her background ranges from litigation to work on corporate deals, including licensing, joint ventures, acquisitions and partnership agreements. She also has life sciences regulatory experience, including government requirements concerning marketing and sales, clinical trials, co-promotion agreements and products liability.
