Theona Zhordania, 32, counsel
McKenna Long & Aldridge
Just five years out of law school, Zhordania is already well on her way to becoming a rainmaker. She has collected a seven-figure book of business, handling complex insurance cases, various corporate matters from buy/sell negotiations to RICO claims, and even a high-profile surrogacy case in which she successfully defended her client against a claim for child support in excess of $80 million. That's far from her only win. She has scored consecutive defense verdicts for insurance company clients sued on claims of bad faith with requests for punitive damages. Currently, she serves as outside general counsel to technology, entertainment and retail distribution companies, proving that her expertise and earning potential continue to grow.
