John Neukom2012-06-01 02:03:12 PM John "Jay" Neukom, 37, partner Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan In eight years of practice, Neukom has argued in state and federal courts from California to Texas to Florida, appearing in probate and bankruptcy courts as well. He has managed trial prep and discovery spread over three continents and a dozen states. His litigation skills have twice earned him praise from judges in open court. He regularly argues dispositive motions and handles live-witness testimony, and has been principal author on federal appellate briefing. He also tries cases to winning verdicts. In trade-secret case UniRAM v. TSMC (N.D. Cal), the jury awarded his client $30.5 million in one of 2007's top plaintiff's verdicts.
