DLA Piper has lured away from Reed Smith two San Francisco corporate and securities partners, Dale Freeman and Garth Osterman, who joined the firm Thursday. Freeman represents public and private companies, with a focus on the life sciences industry, in corporate matters ranging from M&A deals to financings and IPOs. Osterman represents investors and companies, focusing on M&A deals, divestiture transactions and project finance.
