It turns out that a former Dewey & LeBoeuf partner's allegations that Citi defrauded him by failing to disclose what it knew about the now-defunct firm's true financial state mirror earlier claims brought by two former Howrey partners about the bank's candor in loaning them money when they joined that failing firm.
