Firms Battling Over Lead Counsel Role in Howrey WARN Act Lawsuits

As U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Dennis Montali prepares to decide which firm to name lead counsel and which former employees to name class representatives in litigation stemming from the Howrey bankruptcy, New York–based lawyers from Outten & Golden and Los Angeles–based lawyers from Blum Collins filed pointed briefs arguing why they should be chosen and disputing the other side's qualifications.
