One of Steve Jobs' last public appearances was to push for Apple's new spaceship-style headquarters in Cupertino with city officials. Imwalle will be taking that effort forward as the lead associate serving for land use, CEQA and natural resources permitting for the entitlement and development of the proposed 3.1 million-square-foot Apple Campus 2. The 2002 New York University School of Law graduate specializes in land use, environmental regulation and environment and energy issues. Imwalle has worked with the city of Richmond on the land use, municipal, historic preservation and CEQA aspects of a reuse proposal for the former Point Molate Naval Fuel Depot, which includes a controversial casino project proposed by the Guidiville Band of Pomo Indians. He's also working as counsel for John Muir Health on all of its land use, natural resources and real estate issues, including the $800 million expansion of its medical campuses in Walnut Creek and Concord.
