SAN FRANCISCO — Brad Seligman and the other plaintiff lawyers behind the Walmart gender-bias suit have picked themselves up, dusted themselves off and retooled their battle strategy.
They announced on Thursday a plan to file a series of regional suits against the retailer, starting with an amended complaint lodged in federal court in San Francisco, where the discrimination case Dukes v. Wal-Mart started a decade ago.
