The Administrative Office of the Courts bails out the struggling San Francisco Superior Court with $2.5 million in new money. In exchange, Presiding Judge Katherine Feinstein rolls back planned layoffs from 177 to 75 and avoids closing 11 civil courtrooms, including two dedicated to complex litigation cases.
