SAN FRANCISCO — Online game developer Digital Chocolate Inc. has settled its lawsuit against Zynga Game Network Inc. over the popular Facebook game “Mafia Wars.”
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed. Officials from Zynga declined to comment, and officials from Digital Chocolate could not immediately be reached for comment.
