SAN JOSE — A senior associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati pleaded no contest Tuesday to charges that he had sex with a 16-year-old girl and propositioned her 17-year-old friend via the Internet.
Jason Borrevik, 32, will have to register as a sex offender, prosecutors said. He will be sentenced Nov. 24.
