The Secret Society of Bar Exam Flunkers

If you're already working at a firm, the worst thing about failing the bar exam is telling the partners who hired you to practice law that you won't be licensed to do so any time soon. The Rodent knows all about it as a member of Bar Flunkers Anonymous. It's almost like telling people you have a disease. "I know someone who failed the exam twice," one partner told him, "and he has a successful practice today!"
