The Army wants to know whether one of its largest Middle East contractors intends to satisfy a $4.9 million judgment levied by an Atlanta federal judge. The judgment came in a wrongful death suit brought against Kuwait & Gulf Link Transport by the family of a soldier killed when his vehicle was hit by a KGL truck in Iraq. How KGL chooses to address the Army's concerns could place at risk at least $100 million a year in contracts to truck supplies for the U.S. military in Iraq.
