The Delaware Supreme Court has overturned Davear Whittle's murder conviction, ruling that the prosecuting attorney in his case improperly vouched for three state witnesses when he said they were "right" and "correct" at least 20 times in his closing arguments. Whittle's case is now set to return to the Superior Court for a retrial.
