William B. Chandler III served as chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery from 1997 until his decision to step down in 2011. Last year, he entered private practice, joining Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Georgetown, Del., office, where he advises both public and private clients in connection with corporate governance matters, special committee assignments, internal investigations and merger and acquisition transactions.
