ABA accreditation would seem like a no-brainer for a new law school that is overseen by a former dean of the University of Michigan Law School and that boasts a star-studded roster of visiting faculty. Except that the school is in China, and the accreditation goal has run headlong into the still-weak U.S. legal job market.
