Kirkland & Ellis has snagged two top former Bush administration lawyers for its litigation practice group. The firm has hired former Deputy Attorney General Mark Filip, bringing back a one-time associate who started his career at Kirkland in the early 1990s. The firm is also rehiring former White House Office of Management and Budget general counsel Jeffrey Rosen, who was previously a partner at the firm for 21 years.
