Medical Pot Caregivers Should Provide More Than Just Marijuana, Says Calif. Supreme Court

Being a caregiver under the state's medical marijuana statutes, the California Supreme Court ruled unanimously on Nov. 24, requires more than supplying patients with pot or occasional trips to the doctor. Instead, the court held, it requires consistently providing the "daily life necessities" of patients well before marijuana is considered an option.
