Winston & Strawn won a victory for NBC on Thursday when the 7th Circuit ruled the network was justified in firing a producer who refused to work on the controversial "To Catch a Predator" series because of ethical qualms. Award-winning producer Marsha Bartel was fired after refusing to be involved with the recurring "Dateline" feature, which is built around the arrests of alleged sexual predators who have been lured to houses by volunteers chatting online and posing as teens.
