Rudolph Giuliani's presidential campaign lined up the top players in GOP legal circles, but now those prominent lawyers are scrambling. Theodore Olson, a hard-core Giuliani supporter, wasted little time last week when Giuliani announced he was dropping out of the race. Just 36 hours later, Olson, the chairman of Giuliani's justice advisory committee, had already jumped to John McCain. Many others have followed suit, but it's not unanimous.
