A Houston solo is asking the ABA to examine the accreditation of Pat Robertson's Regent University School of Law. Randall Kallinen alleges that the school violated the free speech rights of client Adam Key by suspending him after he posted an unflattering picture of Robertson on his Facebook page and criticized, on an online university forum, Robertson's public comments that advocated the assassination of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. Key was a second-year student at Regent Law at the time.
