In a hearing Wednesday, Florida plaintiffs attorney Walter "Skip" Campbell invoked both the Bible and New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez during his testimony on behalf of litigator Willie Gary, who has requested $100 million in sanctions and $93.1 million in attorney fees -- including $11,000 per hour for himself -- in a trade secrets case against Motorola that ended in a mistrial. Judge Leroy Moe seemed to tip his hand. "Fees are going to the law firm," he said. "How they split them up is up to them."
