Charles Miller, administrative partner of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis' Washington, D.C., office, discusses the merger, possible raises for associates as well as the firm's plans for the future: "We also just opened a Berlin office in January. And I'd expect us to have further build-out in Europe fairly rapidly."
