Richard A. Grasso, the ex-New York Stock Exchange chairman, will ask a New York appellate court to review Justice Charles Ramos' decision ordering him to repay as much as $100 million in compensation. "Justice Ramos recently wrote that he takes comfort from the fact that the Appellate Division will review his rulings," Grasso said Thursday. "So do I." Grasso is being sued by the New York AG's office, which argues that Grasso's $187.5 million pay package was excessive under the state's not-for-profit law.
