Ann Baskins, the HP general counsel, has hired white-collar specialist Cristina Arguedas. Kevin Hunsaker, the HP senior counsel and ethics director -- who the New York Times has reported was in charge of the boardroom leak investigation -- has hired San Diego solo Michael Pancer.
