Video game maker Take-Two Interactive Software said Monday it had received two subpoenas from the Manhattan district attorney related to hidden, "explicitly sexual" scenes in the video game "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas." Take-Two, the parent company of Rockstar Games, which developed the Grand Theft Auto titles, originally said the scenes were created by third parties but later acknowledged that the scenes were, in fact, created by Rockstar programmers.
