Winning Intelligent Design Case Puts Plaintiffs Attorneys in Public Eye

Pepper Hamilton attorneys Eric Rothschild and Stephen G. Harvey won a big victory last week in their representation of 11 Pennsylvania parents who fought to keep the teaching of intelligent design out of their schools. The case launched the lawyers into the public arena -- where they say they will stay in the coming months. Both have calendars full of speaking engagements. Their next scheduled talk, by no accident, will be in Kansas, where yet another intelligent design battle is brewing.
