'Sports Illustrated' Wants Out of Settlement With Football Coach

Time Inc. has asked a federal judge to toss its just-announced settlement with former University of Alabama football coach Mike Price, claiming that Price and his attorney "flagrantly breached" the agreement's confidentiality terms. Time says it was offended by Price's declaration of "a great victory" and also disputes the coach's claim that a 2003 Sports Illustrated story detailing a tryst with two women in a Florida hotel room was false. The story had prompted Price to sue Time for defamation.
